November 7, 2023: Agave Grower Women’s Group first meeting. Founded and hosted by Katie Herzog, the group meets monthly on zoom, building cross-border community and dialog supporting women agave farmers. There are currently 35 women in the group farming agave in the US, Mexico, Portugal, and Australia.
